Could you? Of course. Are you? No one knows until a test proves it. If all that happened is what you said, and nothing more, then probably not. WORRY can make your period light and you can cramp and feel awful. Or it can just happen anyway. Worry can make your body do all sorts of things. Again, get birth control ASAP.
