    Gas furnace
    I forgot to say that my new thermostat has a wire connected RH and AC, will that be a problem when I connect a wire to the RH and one to W.

    Im sure you mean RH and RC. And no, no problem at all. Hook one to rh and one to w and you will be in heat, even with the jumper in place.

We have a Carrier Weather Maker 8000 Natural Gas Furnace not functioning properly. We have replaced pressure switch, hot surface ignitor, flame sensor and control board. It will cycle 3 to 4 times and then not come back on. Is it possibly a bad coil on gas valve?:rolleyes:
