Hi, I'm 19 years old. I have lower abdominal/pelvic pain on both sides. There have been a lot of discharge, spotting sometimes in between periods, and sometimes an odor. I haven't been able to make much of a bowel movement. And there are occasional bloating in my abdomen area. Would you have any idea as to what might be the cause of these symptoms? Thank you.

I had those as side effects when I changed the contraceptive pill I was taking. Have you had any change in medication or anything?
