    Why is our sink hot without water running?
    Our sink is extremely hot and no water is running into the sink. What could cause this?

    Heater vent under the sink? Maybe a heating tape on the waterlines? Feel around under the sink to see if you can find the source of the heat.

    More details please! What's hot? Part of the sink? The faucet? Pipes? What?
    How close is the water heater to the sink? What temperature temperature is the heater set at? Any other problems in the other fixtures? Back to you, Tom
