Need help with a furnace that hasn't worked since a power outage
I have a Goodman furnace that is relatively new, and it was working properly until we had a power outage. Now all I get is cold air blowing. Help me please, we are freezing in Ferndale, Michigan. What do I need to do? I checked the fuse box, and all circuits are on.

Have you checked to see if your unit was equipt with an external fuse box? It should be located near the unit and have long cylindrical fuses in it or bar fuses. If they don't have a glass window you will need a ohm meter to check them. Be sure to turn off all power to that circuit before attempting to check those type of fuses if it has them.

If you can give us the model number and type of heater you have we may be able to help you. You will need to check things with a meter. DrTom4444
