    I need to lose weight FAST! Please help
    I'm only about 5ft 3 - 5ft 4 and I'm 18 years old. I'm currently taking Acai Green Tea capsules which are a food supplement. I weigh about 8 1/2 stone last time I checked, but I've still got a lot of fat on my stomach and legs. I need to lose it as quickly as possible as I'm EXTREMELY depressed, and I mean as in feel like doing something stupid sometimes!

    I've started a healthy diet and walk 4 miles in total Mon-Thurs to college as I don't have time for any other exercise, so that IS my exercise, but I still see no improvement or weight loss whatsoever!

    Can someone please provide ideas, I don't care if they're unhealthy, I'm desperate, I'm severely depressed because of it and it's destroying my relationship because all my boyfriends exes are REALLY skinny and stunning :'( and I take it out on him as I'm very chubby and I just want to lose it extremely fast before it destroys my life!

    No one is going to - or is allowed to - give you dangerous or unhealthy advice. It took time to gain the weight. It will take time to lose it. You need to exercise more and eat less or healthier.

    If you are losing weight to satisfy someone else it is a mistake. Being thin does not guarantee a man will love you or stay with you. There's a reason he's with you at your weight. You need to take a closer look at that.

    Ok so I fill for you I'm 15 and I'm not "fat" but I'm NOT skinny. If you keep a boyfriend with your looks he's not worth it plus who says he not happy with you? Just cause he's last girlfriend was thin, he's not with her now is he? But wanting to lose wait is fine. A very helpful tip is to drink water! 8 glasses a day. It will help a lot! Because water flushes out fat, makes you more alert because your brain needs it. It also makes you fuller so you eat less, and it replaces sodas that are full of calories and sugar. So water is your new best friend(it will also improve your skin and hair and is rumored to brighten your eyes) whe it comes to bland meals spice them up! Cinnamon, lime juice, lemon juice, onion, garlic, any healthy flavor adders will trick your mind into filling fuller. Also chewing gum or your food longer will have the same affect. Set a bed time for yourself and an alarm regular sleep and a good 8 hours of it will help. But I'm NOT a doctor, and you need to see one. They can help you something could be wrong that keeps you from losing weight. Plus they can get you started on a diet and exercise program. If your keep having bad or dangerous thoughts see a good counselor.

    First of all you sounds like you need to work on yourself esteem issues, I've struggled for years trying to lose weight but believe me I still date extremely attractive men who are much thinner than me so please don't blame your body it's your attitude you might want to work on, As a suggestion though I was the same as you my freshman college year I was so depressed I was 5' 1" and weighed 165 I wore baggy clothes to hide myself. I worked out everyday for an hour and half and lived on oatmeal, fruit, veggies and soup. At my age now I weigh 180 after being 135 for years. The only weigh I currently lose weight is juice fasting. Buy a juicer juice enough to get you by each day and you should help you detox your body it's a great way to reduce your appetite and learn how to eat better as well. Good luck and really don't worry about guys your in school that should be your focus there will always be more boys
