I love to write but I can never put down enough words, I still write though, I also have a dream journal online and offline.

Hey I can totally relate to this post. Its seems like something I would write. I think maybe u might have a mild from of depression. Because when depression is mild, doctors might not notice it so well. But it can have great effects onu and your life. I hope things get better.

Do the journals help better your moods in anyway?
Or does it give you any insight into where your goals and dreams really are?

Sometimes they make me feel better depending on what I wrote, but other than that I have no insight on them.

Maybe you should try re-reading them and this time try to look for any clues it may give you.
If possible,try seeking help from a counselor too.They could help you gain insight into the reason for this turmoil within you.
