Many rashes are caused by irritations and inflammation from wheat. Many people are gluten sensitive without knowing it. But, if you are not willing to give up wheat (or have him give it up), you might try giving him Omega 3's via fish oil capsules. Also avoid industrial seed oils like corn or canola oils. These cold-pressed seed oils, such as expeller canola oil can contain trans fats if heated. The problem with seed oils is that they concentrate the amount of omega-6, which is reason enough to avoid them.

Avoid the Omega 6s and get more Omega 3s. Coconut oil is a good alternative, along with macadamia nut oil and olive oil. You can also rub coconut oil into his skin where the rash is; it has a calming effect and has anti-bacterial properties. Good luck!

THere is not much information on here but I have had severe eczema my entire life and all it is, is severely dry skin that itches a lot. You should take your child to a dermatoligist and he/she can tell you what to do and give you creams for it. Keep lotion on the child at all times.
