    Right of breat feeding baby
    UKBA issued a entry clearance visa to the mother but they did not issue a breast feeding infant any visa to travel with her. What is the right of the infant to claim a similar visa as of her mother to travel with?

    They don't have to issue a visa to the baby; she has a right of passage because she is so young and dependent on her mother. In other words, mom's visa covers her baby.
