My baby is 5 months old now should I be feeding her baby food yet?

You can try feeding your baby easily digestible baby foods a little at a time. Things like baby food bananas are a good start or baby food cereals also. Just a few bites to start with and see how your little one digests it.

You can try if you like. But rule of thumb... never start with fruits, always start with veggies. Why you ask? Because fruits are sweet and baby may turn down the good veggies and meats in turn for sweets, thus possibly causing a picky eater.

Also, start with one food at a time... Best one to start with is carrots, give carrots for a week, then add another veggie. Introduce one new food at a time so that if an allergic reaction were to occur it would be easier to pinpoint which food it would be.
