Hi Guys,

I am currently cleaning a gym in the Indianapolis area for 51 dollars a night, this includes spot mopping a full sized basketball gym at least once a week and spot mopping nightly along with locker rooms that include showers that can house 5 persons in each locker room (two locker rooms) and in total 9 toilets, 2 urinals and tile flooring to mop every night. All trash has to be taken out which includes 16 trash bins, mostly tall kitchen or larger and several barrel sized.

According to the list we're supposed to wash walls, windows, vacuum all carpet and mop all tile, the showers need to be scrubbed and soaked in a bleach solution each night. I would say the gym is probably 17,000 sq feet with a smaller upper area that is surrounded with windows and carpeted which needs vacuumed, dusted and windows washed as needed. Is 51 dollars reasonable or am I being jipped?
