    Feeling lost
My youngest brother committed suicide July 29th of this year, then 2 months after that my gramp had a stroke and was in ICU and my gram got through in a nursing home. I feel like it's the worst year ever and nothing will get better and I'm being let down in every way possible by my husband in the matter--- What can I do to possibly be happier again? I feel so empty and so lost... I pray but its not enough to heal the emotional damage from everything. Please help.

First of all I want to say I am so for your loss (all of them). There are many times in life where we all face difficult situations that seem to push us a little of track but it makes us stronger people. So keep in mind that everything happens for a reason and with that being said it will make you a stronger person for even more difficult situations in the future. Second of all I want to say instead of dwelling try keeping your mind busy. Mourn in your own way at your own pace yet find joy in your family members remembrance. Turn to your husband and tell him that this time isn't easy for you but with his help you will get through it. Perhaps that will encourage him to not make your situation any more difficult than it already is? And finally trying to write your feelings down can help. A journal, a poem, a song maybe even just a list of words to describe how your feeling. Take all of those bottled emotions and put them on paper, venting helps and by venting by putting a pen to paper there is no room for criticism or lecture of any sort. I hope this helps in one way or another, goodluck and just remember God never gives us more than we can handle.
