    Tenant vs tenant over apartment storage space.
    I live in a duplex apartment and the tenant that lives above me has placed furniture in my storage space without any permission at all. What can I do about this problem?

    Talk to the, and explain the situation.
    No need to get all heavy and legal unless absolutely needed.

    Have you asked them to move it ? Have you asked the landlord to move it ? What have you done at this point ?
