Gas comes on and goes off all through the cycle
Furnace comes on, gas comes on, runs for a while then goes off, comes back on and runs for a while, goes off then blower comes on and gas comes back on after awhile. Blower keeps running but gas keeps going off and coming back on. Maybe there is a part in the furnace that won't let the furnace get beyond a certain degree?
