    Boyfriend blues
    Boyfriend in jail after being in violation for 3 years his original po doent even work there anymore and this was his first violation is there anything I can do to just get probation reinstated at revocation hearing with no jail time!

    What was his first crime ? The one he got probation for.

    What was the violation that he did ?

    Is the new violation also a crime he may be charged with ?
