    Memory card Password forgotten.
    I have forgotten my memory card password. Now I cannot access it. How do I decode it?

    Seriously... you don't. But go back to your carrier and they might be able to reset things for you.

    Passwords would be worthless if they were easy to reset or disable.

    That's why I tell people to write them down and keep them someplace safe in your house in case you forget them.
