    Pulling out of a driveway
    I was pulling out of a drive when I was their first car behind me decides to come next to me n cut me off as I was turning right out of drive way he hit me from my right side who's at fault

    Maybe it could be argued that you should have looked before pulling out!! he was on the road already,you were pulling out of a driveway!!

    I agree, from what I read, it sounds like the other driver was at fault
