Sometimes when humidity, is higher than normal,, they can`t keep up, also if a/c is bigger than what your house really needs that can be a problem,, maybe a portable dehumidifier would be a big help,, they work,, maybe the point that unit isn`t pulling out the humidity is what is making you feel the a/c isn`t working right,, maybe if you tell us more on what the a/c is not doing, it would help

Air conditioner is not putting out cold air, line between outside unit and house is freezing up. When we let the unit sit and the line warms up it works fine. It is a fairly new unit.

System 6yrs old, wasn't cooling this season, freezing up at evaporator ,called service ,low on coolant, they added. Since then no freeze up, but won't cool properly or pull humidity, also making vibrating noise intermittantly and at start up.Noticed last night compressor unit wasn't level adjusting that right now.

Hello,
We have oil heating and our windows are always fogged up with a good amount of condensation when the heater is on. We are now starting to see red mold forming on the bottom of the window panes.
