Ice buildup under veggie drawers in refrigerator
I have a side by side refrigerator and ice has build up at the bottom of the veggie department and not the freezer side. I never saw anything like this. I do know that the freezer should be the only place where ice builds up.

My side by side Kenmore refrigerator/freezer model number 106.54612300 has something gone haywire with the defrost cycle. Ice has been building up on the bottom of the freezer. I defrosted it manually and made sure that the drain plug was clear, twice now, and that did not solve the problem....
