    You gave us very little info. Will any thing work? Heat, or blower if you turn thermostat fan switch to on or is it the outside unit will work but no blower? If the blower works in heat and when you turn thermostat fan to on, I would say you have a bad connection on the cooling speed on the blower. Give as much info as you can. Make and model of your system will help.
