    Furnace codes
    The blower is coming on without the furnace heating up. The code is flashing five times.

    What brand and model furnace? The codes are normally spelled out inisde the door of the combustion compartment. Remove the door with the peep hole where you see the flashing code, should be inside. Also search for small red reset buttons, this could be a fault causes by blow back of exhaust.
