Child may go live with grandparents in Peru
My husband's daughter currently lives with the mom (his ex-wife) & they are having problems at home. The child's grandfather has offered to come get her and take her to Peru to live for a while until she gets straightened out. If my husband agrees to allow this, will he still be required to pay the mother child support?
