    How do I stop cracking my neck?
    My neck feels uncomfortable all the time and does until I crack. I have been doing this for about 10 years and lately I have problems with a pain in my neck how can I stop doing this

    My thought would be to visit a chiropractor.

    Are you pregnant now? Since it was asked in pregnancy and motherhood section.

    Have you ever had an x ray done of your neck. There could be other things going on. You will not know until you get examined.

    Some people say chiropractors are good, there are other times they could make the problem worse.

    Find out what is going on first. Some doctors might even recommend an mri depending on what they find in the x ray if anything at all.
