Do I have Syphilis or worse Herpes?
Let me start from the beginning so if anyone is to answer this question they have a full understanding.
A year ago, I had sex for the first time with a very nice girl that I met in Collage. I had vaginal sex, I would say four times and then oral sex, this lasted I would say about a month possibly two. After that we did nothing more, simply played around per say, even that wasn't as close as oral sex.
During that time and after nothing happened, life went on and I never had sex again. I would say now a month or so back I noticed a small bump on the outside of my anus, close but not like, half way inside or anything like that. It was somewhat large probably the size or smaller of a single pea. I looked up on the internet to see if it was some sort of issue and all answers said it was small blood vessels that had burst and simply let it fade.
Little bit later or even before that I noticed another bump on the top or close to the crack of my behind, I figured that it was a pimple and it would go away, it didn't and is still there, it doesn't hurt and when I pushsx on it, only once did it pop and I immediately cleaned it off as well as my hands. So I said yep a pimple and let it be, though like I've said it hasn't disappeared. Though it doesn't hurt at all.
Now closer to the time that I'm typing this I noticed a small bump on the bottom of my shaft, connecting to the ball sack. I figured it was possible that it was caused by my masturbation, on most occasions the bottom of my shaft to where or close to where the bump is, is were my jeans and also my zipper sometimes rubs against that part of the shaft.
During this time though, I started to get a sore on the inside of my lip, close to were the lip connects to the bottom of your gum. This hurt, not a lot but it was quite annoying. I looked this up and they said it was some sort of odd occurrence that can sometimes happen. This also went away in 2-3 days.
During this time I was still masturbating and agitating this small area, slowly grew in size and eventually become quite a big smooth, bump. Again it doesn't hurt but I started to freak out and possibly 3-4 days ago I started getting worried and last night and tonight I've been looking into all sorts of causes for this. I'd also like to mention the only time it does hurt is when I apply pressure to it but it still doesn't hurt bad, a small, mild pain
I first thought I had herpes but during my time of being sexually active with this girl none of the symptoms showed happened, which in fact they said may occur, which even made me feel even more stressed and also depressed. Expect for the fact when looking online from the first stages of Herpes to the last stages of Herpes none of them looked like how my penis looked.
I then started looking into Syphilis and the symptoms seem a lot closer to what I have experienced over the past month or so. I looked into it but they say that it usually happens closer to when you had your sexual act. Which I know never had happened.
While reading into all of these STD's they said, which I forget what bacteria or virus it said to try and apply this to but I did it nonetheless. I took a damp napkin and put it under hot water and lightly pressed it on top of the bump and eventually, slowly from what I believe to be was pus came up threw one pore hole, eventually and slowly it went back down and during this time I slowly started to see my other pores on my shaft appear and they to produced a pus substance but they stopped and it continued to come out of the one pore.
The color of the pus was more green then white while it was on the napkin.
They also mentioned that during this time the lymph node near your crotch may hurt. It only hurts when I apply pressure to it and it is also swollen.
Again during this whole experience the only time these bumps hurt was the one near my anus which I thought made sense because when I released stool, that was when it, some what hurt. The other bump was the one inside my lip. Both of these disappeared. The one that hasn't has been the one closes to my butt crack, though doesn't hurt when I apply pressure.
I'm going to have to talk to my parents first about having sex, which they still think I'm a virgin and then also explain what I just explained to you guys. So I'm a nerves wreck and freaking out. I just have enough calmness to type this out in hopes that someone will reply.
I'm 19 finished my first year of collage and saving for my next year. Please, if you can, reply.

I am. Once my folks get home I'm going to have to explain this entire situation. I confronted my parents about the bump on my anus because that was the first time that a bump hurt, but they said don't worry about it.

Well you don't really have to explain all your medical conditions to your parents. You're an adult now and can live your own life.

Yes but I still don't have my own house or car. I don't have enough money and that's going towards collage.

Will the doctor visit cost that much? I'm from Canada and we have Universal Health Care so a doctor's visit isn't a concern financially.

Why not just go to someplace like planned parenthood? They can help you if you can't afford to be tested. And then you don't have to wait for your parents for anything. If you think you're old enough to have sex, then you had better be old enough to deal with the consequences.

I know and I would have but were I live is the problem. Its 30-40miles to the nearest place. I have no car and my parents won't let me use the car unless there inside there with me. I have no transportation.

There's no bus, taxis or trains? You don't have a friend who can drive you? There's no school clinic or health center?

Nothing. I live in the back country on a beach coast. No one wants to drive me to the doctor because it's to expensive driving to were I live and the small town, not even a town, a line of houses on the east coast, bay area near New Jersey are extremely old people or no one is living there until the summer, no sort of transportation.

Have to ask my folks to drive me or I drive and they sit in the passenger seat. Both my parents leave for work at 7am and get home at 4-8pm I'm looking for a job so on Sundays me and my father drive to work places close to his job.
There's nothing wrong with me, no sort of mental issues. Simply over protective parents, no car and barely any money. But I would still like a second opinion my topic.
I will be going to the doctor as soon as I can get to one.

It could be HPV. It's very common and you can get " warts" in the anal area as well as the genital and throat. I would have a doctor look at it and they'll know what it is right away. It could be nothing but you won't know unless you get it looked at.
