    Hello andy:

Passport? No problem. Customs? I don't know. They have big computers... If you have warrants, I can't imagine that customs won't know about it.

Will the warrant show up, yep you bet it will. Will you be detained, my guess is yes, at least while they check to see if they will want you sent back.

The issue is if the warrant is in California but you fly into Florida, most likely they won't pay to have to transposted over.

If the warrant is in Fla and you fly into Fla, most likely they will keep you

My old man has about 32 years working with CBP.

My brother once used my information during a traffic stop to which he failed to provide ID (we have very similar names and birthdays are only a few days apart)so the officer trusted that he gave an honest and timely response to his request for personal information.

He had a warrant for his arrest, and had then given me one as he failed to appear or pay the fine.
I have resolved this issue 5 years after the fact, but the CBP (in spite of new policies and terrorism procedures) often detain and arrest individuals with any foreign or domestic warrants; for which too often is due to outdated criminal history with the CBP.

I still dare not try my luck, as I am a Government official. The worse time is on a Friday after business hours or on a weekend or holiday. Often people spend a weekend in jail until CBP can contact and verify your standings with the authorities that hold/held the case.

Don't try it, and sadly if you call to inquire about it, they will call you to "come in person and verify your identity" for they cannot disclose any sensitive information over the phone. When you show up, you get booked.

Search your criminal history on an internet search engine...
... I don't trust them, I keep searching myself and my status offender brother, and neither of us shows results. He just got out of the Immigration Detention Center. You'd think that would pop up.

Try and Immigration Attorney. They will tell you of the bat if you may have potential "orders of apprehension."

Consult more than one. The advise is free, but make sure you don't let them scare you into a binding contract until you are sure.

My brother had a terrible experience with his, and he gave our family a list of his work and said bring it by when you're done. Immigration can be very tricky when it comes to representation. Do your research.
