    Lowering tax bills
    Hi
    We as a couple make around 105k. We would like to see that what are the options we can have to lower the tax bills. I expect I will end up with 16k tax bill approx

    Besides retirements accounts like 401k, ira... what are my other options I can lower the tax bills. I qualify for standard deduction always and would like to get some expert ideas.

    I donot have medical, charity donations (no big amount) that I can deduct.

    Rent an apartment and no loans.

    Maxxing out your contributions to the 401Ks/IRAs is about the only you can do, short of opening your own business.
