Felons can marry, you will just need to get a marriage license.
The felony will or can be a issue for them coming to your country and of course what type of visa do you have,

Thank you so much.. your answer is helpful to me... I live in my contry and he lives in USA.. I visit him every time I can and we are having like a long distance relationship but is working for us.. I do have a tourist visa for now.. Our plans is to marry sometime soon in USA then me moving to USA then make a life together in the same place. Will he able to present my papers in order to be an american citizen then be able to work? I would like to work and also to help him with the home expenses.. Thank you..

I do not know immigration issues, just marriage, you will merely need your passport or other ID to get a marriage license. In the US, each state has its own laws on specific requirements for marriage.
But you will need to file your own immigration paper work, and latter citizenship paperwork. But will do that from your country normally

Again, his felony has nothing to do with it what so ever,
You and he will need to go to the court house to get a marriage license.

- And I'll ask what the felony conviction is for AND what the terms of his probation (if he's on probation) are. I've never seen anyone not be able to marry BUT if he's a sex offender it could be an issue.
