    Unemployment Insurance eligibility
    If I worked for a furniture company for 21 days before I got fired for a reason outside of work can I draw unemployment

    First, it's not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    However in the thread you posted to was a link to a site that gives UI info. Did you check it out? UI eligibility is subject to state law, but generally looks at your earnings over the last several calendar quarters. You need to check your states rules.

    The other issue, did you work somewhere before that, if so, for how long. Unemployment to be meet requirements you have to have earnings in a certain number of quarters.

    So if you have never worked any where else, I doubt you will have anything. But you should file anyway

    Another issue is why you got fired, normally one does not get fired for "outside work" so did you get arrested, or what happened ?
