Replacing tub taps & diverter spout
 My tub spout is starting to give me problems, I would like to change it along with the taps, but the problem is the previous owner tiled the whole bathroom all the way around the room. Is it possible to replace them without doing some damage to the tiles?

Yes, is there a wall that you can open behind the tub faucet in another room? If so you can replace the whole faucet.
You can also use a remodel kit and simply rebuild what you currently have.

Some spouts you can unscrew . If you mean tap are you talking about the values behind in the wall behind the tile , some can be change by going on the other side of the wall and change it from the back.
