My MacBook Pro recognises my external monitor but won't allow me to use it. Help?
I've had an AOC monitor connected to my MacBook Pro for 18 months - all working fine until recently. Laptop recognises the AOC but won't allow access to it. Thought it was the monitor so have tried with a brand new Acer monitor, same problem. Recognises the Acer, but won't allow me to access/use it. New/different cables - all fine. So must be the MaBook? Please help??

Tried your answers, but they didn't work on my MacBook Pro? [ 1 Answers ]

Hi, I just got a MacBook Pro and saw your site. Thought I'd try to see if they worked on my computer, but they didn't. I have a Spaces key in F3 that splits the screens and shows everything that's open.
