    Child custody modification
I has full custody of my 3 children My ex agreed to this when we divorce. I have remarried I live ti the town with my child where there father lives my husband live 10 hours away. I decided to stay withmy kids because they did not want to move. I do go visit my husband and they stay with there father . The most they had stay is 3 week when I was out of school for the summer. He is taking me back to court to get the kids,he has talked them in to signing they want to live with him There ages 19,17,&11 I know the oldest to can go where they want, but my ex has a girlfriend he is going to marry with 3 kids of her on. Her oldest 16 a boy has been accused of moledistion his oldest sister who is 12. She told her teacher,no report was filed. My ex is just not wanting to pay child support so this is his way of stopping it he want to buy a home for his new family. Do I stand a chance of keeping my kids and without his child support I will lose our home and his name is still on the house. He makes 2 times the money I do. He has turned the kids against me ,because I stay away a fews days at a time?

First, your post is not 100% clear. In the future please proof read before hitting the Post button. The clearer your post the better we can help. Also I moved this to Family Law since it's a legal issue not a child rearing issue.

If I understand you, you were awarded full physical custody ion the divorce. You have remarried yet you do not live full time with your husband, instead he lives 10 hours away? How is that working out for you? Sounds like you spend most of your time in your former town and a few days at a time with your husband..

Given those circumstances, I think your husband stands a good chance of getting primary custody with you getting visitation.

And why would you lose your home without support? If the children live him, that removes a large expense. Also what home are we talking about. Where your husband lives or the home in the same town as the father? If the latter, then why haven't you sold that house?

Frankly, I think you need to take a step back and reevaluate your life and what you want in the future.
