    Child Custody Modification
I was divorced 3 years ago, and immediately after the divorce moved out of state. In my divorce agreement, I took on all marital debt, he then agreed I could leave with our son. Unfortunately, I became involved in a tumultous relationship - where I had to file a temporary injunction. My ex husband now wants my son to return to our home state. He is taking me to court to change the order, as he states that my sons circumstances are unfavorable and we should move back. Can he make us move back? Just to add another twist, my ex boyfriend (the one with whom I had a temporary injunction) and I have a baby together. And, of course he wants a relationship with his son as well.

I don't think he can make you move back since he originally agreed but he maybe able to get more parenting time with your child.

If the court originally allow you to leave state, most likely they can not or will not order you to return, but most liekly as mentioned he may even try to get primary custody of the child, or a 50/50 custody, or at least longer and more visitation agreements.
