I am twelve years old and all of my friends take the mick out of me because I have never kissed anyone, not even on the cheek and I was wondering if it is wrong for a girl my age not to have kissed someone other than my family members. I feel awkward when the friends talk about it and when my ex boyfriend told me that he wanted to kiss me I felt really off about him and started not liking him.

That is one of the reasons we broke up, and he kept asking me really pervy questions like what my bra size was and about my vagina. I didn't like it and when I said stop he always thought I was joking. Bearing in mind I went out with him when I was 11. We're over now but I am wondering if everything he and my friend's do is normal and supposed to happen for a girl my age. I haven't told my parents and don't want to, I am struggling to understand if this is all okay or not.

You are more than normal for your age, and your friends are trying to play grown up by doing things they know nothing about at all.

You are the more mature one to know NOT to follow their bad example, or follow the crowd. That's refreshing, and soon you will decide when you are ready and with who, and not some young snotty perve guy.

It will happen, and then it will be real, not kids playing adult games they know nothing about, just imitating what they see on TV.
