    Kid left at home
    My kids mom here in tx left him alone at1030p and drove home 15 miles away. Can I file vein charges? He had to run to my home 2 miles away.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    How old is the child. Left him alone where? What are "vein" charges?

    We need more info here.
