    How can I know if I am ovulating
    How can I know if I am ovulating, if I have not seen the egg yolk looking slime? My periods or regular sometimes 26 or 28 days.

    You can make an educated guess if your cycles are pretty regular, or you can purchase an test kit at a drugstore. You can also try to track your ovulation using the Basal Body Temperature method described HERE.
