Heat pump fan not working properly
I have a RPMC-036JRS Heat pump works great /cools Runs 1.5 to 2.0 hrs shuts down.Let it cool down,Hit reset compressor come-on,but no fan ,turn fan manualy it start and run for another 2.0hrs.And we start again!Ihave replaced contator/Ihave 2 HEAT PUMPS.Q;Relay,capacitor,or Fan? I'M I can't afford to do let's try this part!Thanks Mike

The a/c works fine. I keep it set at 76/cool/auto. The fan works. When I turn on the heat I hear the fan outside kick on then immediately turn off. It does not turn. The fan (blower) inside the house comes on when I turn on the heat. It never shuts off. I feel some air blowing out of the inside...
The thermostat is operating/clicks on when desired temperature is more that the actual, but no action at the compressor or fan. We even switch thermostats from other unit in house and both operate the other unit correctly.
I built a new house 6 months ago and had a co-worker/friend (20ys hvac experience) install my hvac. A goodman GPH15 packaged heat pump 3.5 ton with a honeywell th8320 thermostat. The air worked great in the summer but the heat is not working properly. He has been out many times trying to solve...
Our inside unit runs but the fan outside isn't turning. Also of course the house warms up when the auxiliary heat is turned on. Our HVAC guy said it may have been tripped, but my husband looked on the exterior unit and doesn't see a reset switch or fuse?
