    Animated kid movie with a blonde little girl and a horse? Sparkly stuff?
    I have been dying to find this movie I watched when I was younger. There's this little blonde girl who wears a pink dress and a crown. She also has a horse that shrinks/is really tiny? Something happens that makes her turn "bad" and mean (and her dress turns a darker color). That's all I can really remember... that and that there's a lot of sparkly stuff. I'm 99% sure it's from the 90's. Someone please help me find this movie! D:
