    Animated Kid Movie
    My brother has been looking for the name of a movie that has been driving him crazy for years. Not sure if it is from the 80's or 90's. I guess there might be a cat in it, who carries a stick, like a runaway nap sack or something. There are some railroad tracks at some point. Possibly other animals. Something about looking into a can, and seeing like a neverending reflection. He might have feel into water at some point. Please help, these are all the details I have. I have looked myself forever, and I give up!! Thank you so much
