    How about this alien thing?
This was reported a few days ago
'Dead alien' found in Siberian snow after 'glowing pink and blue lights' crash from sky | Space, Military and Medicine | News.com.au
I've been waiting for all those extraterrestrial intellegence fanatics to claim victory, to say I told you so but not a peep. They don't believe it and once again the little grey men with the big black eyes. Coincidence or a refugee from area 51. Maybe it's a sign of maturity we finally have bigger things to worry about, like whether the US will melt down or just melt away. Interesting it occurred just as the last shuttle flight was ending did they see it enter Earth's atmosphere I wonder?

I hear the aliens being housed on Easter Island are creating quite a stir . By the way ;why are you housing them there... you think you can reconstitute the stone carving and statue building business ?

The article is dated April 20th, not quite "a few days ago" and not quite coinciding with the last shuttle mission... and this had been proven to be a hoax a few days later anyway. :p

Of course UFO are real after all someone saw them, what they are? Well that is a horse of a different colour and UFO aren't confined to what you colourfully describe as the trailer park, no doubt a reference to the poorer inhabitants of your land who for some pecular reason are given to seeing apparitions.

I never claimed that even though it may have been so. Australian press generally has a higher standard than the British press. This is one of the Murdoch press outlets, republication of this may be a way of diverting attention from the trials of Rupert and it may have been a slow day and the news finally surfaced and was actually printed. There has been plenty of news in this part of the world to keep it buried for the last few months, but I'm surprised if proven a hoax the rebuttal should also be being printed. News here generally is reliable under the national masthead of "the Australian" although there are tabloids in the chain. I expect you missed the sarcasm implicit in my comments, too subtle for you

You didn't answer my inquiry over that Easter Island penal colony you've constructed. One would think that a nation born from similar arrangements would be sensitive to this type of activity.

Must have missed that one Tom. Hidden in the rhetoric no doubt. No, Tom, that isn't Easter Island but Christmas Island, different religious theme there. On Christmas Island we are helping out some unfortunate castaways who, for some reason, think they should be allowed to roam free in our inhospitable land and keep our navy busy rescueing them from themselves in the vast Indian Ocean. It is a holiday camp, at no expense and no expense is spared. We are offering free trips to Malaysia now; come one come all. I don't expect those in the US to understand this level of compassion since your penal colony on Cuba remains intact and open for business. When you have closed that we will revisit Christmas Island and the alien presence there but remember we must uphold our traditions

There are so many phony stories coming out of Russia or about Russia. Easy to poke fun at a country that is somewhat isolated.

I actually did see the UFO's that are referred to as the Phoenix lights about a week prior to the Phoenix sighting when I lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. They were in the sky blinking and soundless. They lasted for about 1/2 hour over the Ft. Laud area. The lights outlined what looked like a huge mother ship. And no, I was NOT abducted (as some members on here tend to think sometimes).
