Well water pressure after filling about 5000 gl pool
Helped my nieghbor fill his pool 2 days ago. 1st day after, he had low water pressure all day... today, just dribles in basement. Is it possible well went dry? And if so, can it recover?
The pump must be submersible as there are no mechanical parts in site. There is a bladder tank and it was low, we did pump 18 psi in it.. about a month ago when he had a pipe burst and he was told bleeding the air out might be needed then. Long story there.
I could hear the pump come on through the pipes but, it quickly shut off. That's what made me think the well may have dried. After reading some other topics like this, could the bladder have gone bad?
So tonight we just turned the breaker off and hopefully have enough water to prime the pump?
    Thanks any/all

Yes the well is dry and yes it will probably recover.

Better post back about what you did to the tank.
