How much time will I do for biting a friend's little 4 year-old little boy?
The "little boy" was with me as I was grilling some dinner. He wanted to go near the pool to see how warm/cold the water was. He was not minding and had to get him away from the pool on two different occasions. In the midst of running away the second time, I lunged at him, grabbed him forcefully, and in the process bit him. Police were later called. I was not arrested but I believe I am going to be. How much time will I do?

Are you NUTS? Plead insanity and get some help. Who bites anyone yet alone a child?

Were you abused as a child and bit? That is 2 year old behavior. You need psychological help. Hopefully, you will get the help you need.

    Hello Leo:

Seek help AFTER you handle your legal problems... If the cops visit you, DON'T talk to them. Be polite, but tell them to talk to your lawyer. If you don't HAVE a lawyer, get one.

I'm with Excon - the LEGAL answer is to say nothing to anyone and get a GOOD Attorney.
