    90 honda accord will only start when the engine is cool. Why?
    When the engine is at normal running temp and I turn it off it won't start back up until it cools all the way down

    Problem may be with cold solder joints on the main relay PCB. If replacing it doesn't solve the problem, try the ICM and coil.

    It may have something to do with the radiator
