    Hard, itchy rash on fingers
I've recently developed a rash that seems is localised to the bottom section of my middle and ring finger on the underside of both hands. It has happened before but just went away after a week or so last time. It starts of with my fingers (in that area only) becoming itchy and after a few days the area becomes hard with little bumps. If I scratch then the bumps will become red but they don't seem to bleed.

Because the area is the same on both hands I thought it might be something repetitive I do but I couldn't think of anything I do that would cause it. Moisturising helps for a bit with the itching but doesn't seem to actually help the scabs.
