    Why does a TV stop working-is it dead?
    Why does a TV stop working. It was going one minute, then it went black. No lights will come on. I have it plugged into a surge protector with other electronics that still work. Do I consider it dead?

    Tube type, flat screen?
    Could be just a fuse, cord all the way in on the TV?
