    Non compete is nul and void if your location closes
    Is a non compete null and void if the location that you work out off closes .and they try and make you work 85 miles from where you live!!

    First most non complete agreements are hard to enforce and normally will not hold up in many courts just because it is a unfair trade issue, limiting personal freedom and a 100 other issues. I have broken two and won both, but of course I had to hire an attorney and go to court over them.

    But in general, no only time voids out the agreement from a straight legal standpoint unless their closing was part of the contract.

    There are many ways around these, but you need a good employment attorney to review your agreement and tell you how it works in your state anre area.
