    I got arrested month ago and I'm still waiting for a court date
    Ok so I was in a car chase a month ago and I've been cooperating with the cops to the best of my ability but the name I gave turned out to be a fake name but that's the name the guy gave me... I was breathalized and blew a .58 and I'm still waiting for a court date... is there anything I can do to drop the charges... I didn't even get so much as a piece of paper stating what I was charged with but the underage was kind of a given

    Need more info - such as the State, why YOU were breathalyzed, why you don't understand the charges, is it a question of underage drinking and who supplied the alcohol, if you were the driver and so forth.

    Cooperating very often means little - it doesn't get you a "get out of jail free" card.

    I'd get an Attorney.

    You should just get the court case over and go on about your business and then go to your familys house or something
