My girlfriends brother and I, were both arrested for shoplifting and neither of us had merchandise on us when we left the store we never got searched for anything until we were put in the patrol car. I went in to get a rx filled, the lady said it'll be 15 minutes so I decide to check out some cd's, while searching cd's the girl was hugging on me but I did not put anything in her purse, she left to go shop for other stuff and so did her brother, after a few more minutes I picked a cd put it my pocket and headed towards the pharmacy, when I got nesr the pharmacy I thought about it and pulled the cd out of my pocket set it on the shelf and paid for my prescription but decided not to get the cd. Ok when we exit the store loss prev. stops us, we are escorted to the back never searched for stolen merchandise and the cops are called, cops arrive report already filled out for them alleged stolen merchandise on the table I get cuffed. The cd on the table I have no idea where it came from, as one last plea not to be arrested I walk the cop and lp officer over to the pharmacy and show them the cd I took from electronics and there it is still sitting on the shelf where I left it, the lp lady says she will add that to the report too what the hell the only thing I touched I showed them where I left it, yes I concealed it but after thinking unconcealed it I don't loss prev. people should lie or produce phony pilferd merchandise in order to get an arrest. My friends brother says he did'nt touch anything but was arrested, they also told the cops we seemed to be stuffing merchandise in his sisters purse but she was'nt detained or searched.

Umm the only thing I would say about this is that putting the CD in your pocket wouldn't have been the best idea as most people judge an age group from experience. Although the police should've searched u without a doubt and them not checking u was out of order... unless they had footage of u putting the CD in your pocket... then u have no chance sorry x
