    Error Signature
    Hi
I lent my mum a windows xp PC while she saves for a new one
She brought it back saying it keeps giving her an error and closing down and then restarting up

    BCCODE:9C
    BCP1:00000000
    BCP2:8054E0F0
    BCP3:BE000000
    BCP4:20010189
    OSVER:5_1_2600
    S.P.3_0
    PRODUCT:256_1

I have searched for this error, and got nothing from Google.
This error appears when you turn the PC on.in the error report file I found :

    C:\DOCUME~1\user\locals~1\temp\wer7799.dir00\mini0 70411.01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\user\locals~1\temp\wer7799.dir00\sysda ta.xml

I'm also getting nothing back on these.
I ran disk clean up it let me get half way before switching off and restarting.the second time it let me run it,it finished the disk clean up and let me run it again and half way it shut it down again [i ran it a few times because it seemed to be struggling to stay on when I ticked more than 2 boxes].
Then it switched it self off and restarted again giving me the error message:
WINDOWS COULD NOT START BECAUSE OF AN ERROR IN THE SOFTWARE.PLEASE REPORT THIS PROBLEM AS :LOAD NEEDED DLLS FOR KERNEL.PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT PERSON TO REPORT THIS PROBLEM.

The PC has only been connected to the internet twice for updates, its my kids PC for educational games.they have not been on it since before christmas.my mum has had it 2/3 months because her PC just stopped working, the motherboard died,it would switch on but no power was going to any of the ports, meening the screen, keyboard, mouse etc would not work,no serge of power went to the PC because the serge protector would have been tripped.I did put games on the kids PC my mum lent but they were clean, because I had played them on my PC first.

My question are: how do I fix the load needed dlls for kernal?
And how would this have happened?

Could someone have tampered with system files to cause these things to happen to both pcs?

Thanks for any advice or info given :)
