Error in display logo in signature of outlook 2003
    hi all,

I want to add the logo of my company to outlook signature using advanced edit feature that will launch the word htm editor. When I save the sig.htm file, error appeared "The signature C:\documents and settings\current user\application data\Microsoft\signatures\sig.htm could not be located. The signature may have been removed." despite that the sig.htm exists under this location.
I'm using windows 2000, (on windows xp its working properly)
When I create a new email the logo of signature is shows up as red x and it cannot be displayed.

Can any one help me please, it's a top urgent case.

    Thank you

    Screen shot
Yes I can insert any image, and I can see it properly in the .htm file.
Only when I click on new email or reply or forward, the logo is disabled.(see file attached)

Try not using Word as your editor and doing it all within Outlook.

Tools > Options > Mail Format, uncheck those boxes at the top of that tab.

Outlook does it on its own, you don't need an external editor.

That's why you would remove that option as I have mentioned here. Unless you are on a corporate network and a Group Policy prevents you from making changes.
