    Early termination of probation in New Jersey?
    Can a person who has been sentenced in a New Jersey Federal court who is being supervised in the Eastern District of New York that has served four out of the five years of probation ask for an early termination to New York or New Jersey? Or is it best to remain under supervision until completion of probation?

    You can always ask for a early release, you can ask though the PO you are using. The request will go to the court where you were sentenced.
